Hello Sky People!
I have the option to fly several flat nosed animals on either ATR or airbus. It’s part of a rescue op. Flight time is around one hour.
The concern is the pressurization in the baggage pit as animals cannot come onboard. Stowage area is quite differently positioned and differently shaped on these two aircraft. Does that necessarily mean anything in terms of the quality of air/ temp/ pressure?
Flat nosed animals sometimes have trouble with overheating or suffocation.
Which aircraft would be a better option for the safety of the animals?
(Airline cannot understand or answer my question. I live in a developing nation with poor education and language skills. There is only one airline.)
