A friend of me was supposed to fly from Faro to Brussels on saturday with flight SN 3802. Unfortianetly the aircraft (A320) had a technical issue and they had to dissembark. They where bussed to the terminal. Where they waited till 20:00 hours. Then they went to a hotel and where promised a departure the next day. The next day they arrived in the morning at the airport and waited for their new flight SN 1802. They boarded at 18:30 (2 hours later than sheduled) Moved down the tarmac and once again the pilot turned around and they where taken to the terminal by bus and promised a departure at 22:00 hours. In the end they finally departed this morning...

If these are the facts, this situation was really badly managed (or not managed at all!) by SN's operations.

Two days in a row, disruptions in the ANR schedules:
* twice one of the two daily Chalair's Hamburg flights was cancelled
* TUI's Nador flight, yesterday operated out of BRU with B737
* today's BCN arrival diverted to BRU and the subsequent Murcia flight was operated with B737 out of BRU

The ANA flight of yesterday evening departed with almost 15 hours delay. Anybody knows the reason?
