21/10: plane over Aarschot escorted by 2 F-16

I just heard that a large passenger jet just passed over Aarschot, escorted by 2 F-16's, in the direction of Zaventem.

Something going on?

It was a C-130, not a large passenger jet I don't know why, but over Kampenhout they were in approach for 25R, and they were well below glideslope, all three of 'em.
From my point of view, the sun was almost directly behind the planes, so I couldn't tell if they were "our" planes or not. Is there an airshow coming up one of these days or something? That would explain a lot.

Oh, a C-130. I didn't see it myself, but I was told it was a "big passenger jet"... I should never trust people who don't know anything about planes

C-130 Often come VFR, so not unusual they are below the glide.
