I wonder if you guys expect that the wings must flex the way shown from a straight line shape?? I would have expected that the wing is formed this way more or less also without carrying the rest of the plane. And it flexes just that much as a wing flexes today like for take off?

I can't say for sure, but some little birds have hinted at BA,Qantas,SI, amongst others. The big one probably will be Qantas with a mixed bag of 747's,787's, and 777's.

The word is around 100 aircraft or more, I would look to Dubai on the 20th for some announcements.

Boeing has had a very good response to the 787, and now with the 777LR, and 747-8 coming on, they expect to book orders for 1000 aircraft.

The 737 is the next model to be upgraded, probably a totally new composite aircraft, so lots happening in the next few years.

Looks like there may be some big surprises at Dubai.

If Boeing doesn't offer the stretched version of B787 surely Emirates would go for A350. I would bet Emirate will go for A350. They have a lot of Airbus planes, and they like to go for larger size for profits.

Boeing, if you are listening, please give the new plane a wider cabin than the 737!

It looks like a 777 replica however there are four throttles instead of two.
