When someone feeds you this BS, you never point out that OS has virtually as much widebodies as SN?

Confirmed. All future short and medium haul aircraft are now going to wear Eurowings livery.

OO-SFL (Airbus A330-343, msn 579, ex LH D-AIKC) is on the Belgian register since today (17/05/2019). Aircraft is for EW-service in DUS.

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
Now as SFU seems to be active again from tomorrow on, will we see one more of the old A330s leaving the fleet now? Which one is due next?
Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
You are right:
- SFV and SFY leave the fleet this month
- SFW leaves in september 19

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
Hi all,
Does anyone know how long installing the new cabin takes. The first one - SDF - took much longer than expected (for various reasons I guess), but normally it would take not more than one month, correct?
I guess first SFY will go since it was foreseen to let it go in April, but was extended a bit due to the problems with SFU.
Also, I read somewhere that they want to have 5 planes with the new interior by August. So that would mean they have to accelerate the process a bit and have one of the next months (June or July) two planes done in one month.
Just some assumptions ...
Cheers,
Danny

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
I thought they said 5 planes with premium economy installed by August, SFT & SFZ do not get the new interior, but their cabin is somewhat modified with premium economy I thought. So I think they will achieve this goal by August.
Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
It took longer due to certification problems, actually my honest guess would be it takes about 25-30 days for one A/C.

Re: Brussels Airlines' fleet renewal
OK, but they will not only install premium economy on the others. Five planes by August still means two should be refurbished at the same time, no?
Moreover, the fact that SFT and SFZ will not get a full new interior could be an indication they will also leave the fleet after 2020 ...
Just my 2 cents

Is there any special paint scheme planned for this particular plane then?brusselsairlinesfan wrote: ↑24 May 2019, 22:07 Waiting for the first pic of the Eurowings Belgium plane now
Because I thought there were already several of their planes in the colours of Eurowings flying, notably the Airbus 330?
