The Antonov was still there at 6:30pm. Gorgeous plane, just a shame of the parking position.

Indeed...

Can somebody confirm that this is the single AN-74 in the world which
has has the engines located under instead of on top of the wing ?

Hope we'll see it again here in the near future...

A good point Robin, more observant than me! After a quick look on airliners.net and I can not find another example with engines under the wing.
Is this a model aimed at airline business rather than military/cargo use?

This is indeed the only An-74TK-300 build, manufactured back in 2001 already. Serial number is 36547098984
