BRU 18/04/07 & 19/04/07

Post by Beloxi »

Goodmorning,

According to the Scramble Forum there should come an IAF B707 to BRU today between 11h and 14h.
Is there someone who has maybe a more accurate ETA for this nice bird?

Thanks in advance,
Nik

Hello Emirates,

YES those flights are regular but when somebody want to know the registration of those flights than he doesn't have to ask
( at scramble they do it also for a Alitalia or Malev sow)

That might have something to do with the fact that AZ has some aircraft in new colours and MA has a special logojet...

Around 11.30 I saw a Tupolev 154 from the Polish Goverment / Air Force taxiing towards Abelag. Could not read the registration. Anybody knows the Registration ?

Thanks

Is it possible I just spotted a A340-600 of Lufthansa above Aarschot in approach for BRU?

Cheers,

The Brussels Airport website shows A340 as the aircraft flying MUC-BRU LH434 and the flight continues to Chicago.

Adjusted the date of this topic as now we're talking about the 19th.

So, the A340-600 had a technical stop for medical reasons. On 1040LT, it passed BUB @ its usual cruise level on UL608. But 45' later changed course to EBBR.

Dear Skystef,

Thanx for the explanation! And my apologies for the mistake with the date. I was convinced it was the 18th today! My mistake! Stupid me!

Cheers,

Stij

I just got home from spotting at Brussels Airport.
I was just leaving when the LH 340-600 arrived.
It's such a beauty. Oh, how do I miss the A340 at BRU.
Of course I was wondering what that mighty aircraft was doing in BRU.
So I hurried to get home to check Luchtzak.be
It's great to come home and to see my question is allready answered by you, guys. THANKS and keep up the good work.

....TC-TAY must read TC-TAV and two other requests: the C-17 at the military and the Hainan 767.

And we had this evening also the new colors of Asiana Cargo. Just like earlier this week. The tail is very nice, very nice colors. But I find their titles very small for a big plane like a B747F :)

Kind regards
Bavo

Was it actually a foreseen medical stop for the A340? Or completely unforeseen? With foreseen I mean something like a repatriation?
