I'm trying to locate who the current operator is of Diamond 42 OO-TLB.
Unfortunately, the official Belgium register has been off line for a while now.

Anyone on this forum who can assist ?

Hello,

According to my info the operator is Ostend AIr College nv and the owner is Penna bvba.

A remotely related question I hope I am allowed to post here as I have been wondering about this a few times already: what's the reason for the official register of Belgian airplanes to be offline? When is it going to come back online?
