I have never seen this one before. Is it a warning for some kind of gas that can come out of that valve? Nitrogen oxide fumes?

My guess is some type of Airbus, near it's fueltanks.

It is indeed a sticker warning the MX crew that nitrogen is released from these A320 vent hole , it's part of the new FTIS fuel tank inerting system, wich replace ambient air by nitrogen inside the fuel tanks...see also SFAR 88.
