I know! A balloon!
But what kind of a balloon? For meteo purposes? Publicity?
This pic has been made with 800 mm and is only fraction of the original pic. Pic has been made 17th July at EBOS, when it was flying over the field. As far as I know it wasn't "launched" at EBOS.
Waiting for some info guys! Or girls! sorry
What's this?

re
ever heard of an weatherballoon? it has instruments for weather forcast
The balloon itself looks like a weatherballoon but normally there is only a small box hanging underneath it as far as I know. That thing on your pic looks more like a tube which is used by skydivers, have a look here http://www.cedps.com/photos/2005/tube/ That's all I can think of

Is that your balloon, Rago?
Next time you fix the rope to your belt and not to your sleeve. In case of incident, you will then easier recognise your trousers..... and leaving your mobile in the trousers will make also easier to recover both the ballon and your trousers.
Joke.
Might it be some advertising stunt. Because what is the use of sending a sleeve up in the air?

Second part: you need some good binoculars to read that advert...
