The heavy rain falling since yesterday morning in the area is not caused by cumulonimbus clouds/thunderstorms.

Diversions were caused by performance limitations due to standing water on the runway + crosswind.

In all 7 recent flights that I took (to or from Belgium) since the end of May, I have been checked for vaccination or for a PCR test.
