Look at the site of BEAP and all the other posts at Luchtzak. I have set some posts around this topic. You can see that the project is still alive. This month first flight BOAG Air
Around may 15 BOAG Air start the first flight from Ostend to an airport in Africa. They have the intention to operate 3 flights a week with a Boeing 747-200 to several airports in Africa. There are already some crews ready, a few other fust finished their selection.
