On top of that, system failures are not unusual, making you 10 years older in a couple of minutes...

You perhaps forget that each job is taxed 56,7% in belgium and that makes even more tax revenue. If you want to go deep into that, sure the salary of pilots are taxed at the highest rate. But as you might know if you know a little bit about aviation business, when talking about ground jobs, especia...

What do you mean by "took delivery" ?
As far as I understand, it's just an ASL aircraft in Fedex colors ? But the aircraft is still operated by ASL with a belgian crew ?

A 747 in ASL colors is parked a de-icing zone with OE registration.
Regarding the others 747, we never see the emirates ones, juste one in TNT colors. Lately Cargolux and CAL have been flying for TNT.

Re: Flybe Dash 8 Q400 crash lands at Amsterdam. Many diversions

The cause of this incident is quite obvious. which is ? Bad weather ? Decision to shoot the approach ? Pilot error on the flare ? Runway in use ? Mechanical issue ? Procedure error (i.e. crosswind limit allowed) Met systems malfunction (wrong wind indication etc...) etc... One thing about incident/...
