No, the airport is not approved for that by the BCAA as it is below almost all possible safety and security standards to allow commercial longhaul operations to Belgium. The article refers to "refines forecast". I didn't see mention of "reduced" forecast in it. But I may have missed something.

I don't know howlong ago the rule of 1 F/A per 50 pax was established; if its an already old rule, why is Boeing (and maybe Airbus) proposing 215, 180 or 189 pax configurations instead of optimizing them?

If (big IF!) the story about the 70 € for printing a boarding pass is true, this is not a trick, this is EXTORTION, pure and simple! How can anyone even start to think about trying to justify this?
