Is JAF using BruA's "new" 330?

On the Brussels Airport website it is indicated that JAF 4454, arriving tonight from Hurghada and Sharm el Sheikh, and JAF 501, departing tomorrow morning to Punta Cana and Varadero, are operated by an A330. Could this be the A330 destined for Brussels Airlines standing in for OO-TUC? Or is it an er...

Vesalius, I don't want to be nitpicking, but allow me to make some remarks : - the font type of the words "brussels airlines" is different on the real aircraft; - the blue of the tail is darker on the real aircraft (your colour is more purple); - the belly of the real aircraft is more grey...

Military? It looks classy to me, and reminds me of the old British Airways livery or the new Aeroflot livery...

@ SAB021

Thanks for the edit!!
I like the plane that way, to me it looks better than the present livery, and it reminds me somewhat of the Aeroflot livery.

So the fuselage is a bit cheap , who knows they will renew the colors for that in the near future? Who will say? I agree with Bruspotter on the fuselage, and have already told it in another topic. To me, the aircraft would look better and very special with a completely grey fuselage and dark blue e...

I was there last Monday, and everything was closed by a gate and a sign saying that acces to the work-site was forbidden.
Does anybody know what works are going on there? Is the site definitely closed or only temporarily?

While browsing on A.net, I discovered that both OO-VEK and OO-VEG were only repainted in the latest Virgin Express livery somewhere in the beginning of 2006, so less than a year ago. Nevertheless, they are the first aircraft to be repainted in the new Brussels Airlines livery. Can anybody explain me...

You mean like this ? It's a very quick and rough edit, but it should give you an idea of how it would look like :) I like it, much more than the white/blue-grey mix, which I think is a mistake; the white colour simply doesn't match with the two tones of blue. The all blue-grey fuselage would be ver...
