Re: African operations possible with narrow body equipment

Interesting thread where in between the laughter want to make the following comments: A32X type to west africa can work (which means sometimes it will and sometimes it won't). I live in Dakar and have flown about 4 times back and forth between Dakar and Brussels in the last 12 months (and to several...

As all will be star alliance before the end of the year, can someone tell me how I will be able to transfer all miles to the same account? Togeth...

Which destinations can we expect for BRU ? San Francisco ? Denver ? Dallas ? Boston ? Miami ? or other ? Boston and NY is my guess, since these flights would try to rely almost entirely on O&D traffic. With all these carriers about to serve the BRU - North East US, it could become even cheaper ...

It will probably take at least another 20 years before we know what really happened. Because than most people who were involved in key positions in the FBI, CIA, Bush government will have retired and will have nothing to lose anymore to tell the truth ... whatever that may be ... ... or maybe we'll ...

Does anyone have an idea of the impact of the one dau closure of the airport due to the strike: -15.000 people or more? Danny I don't know for sure but wasn't it between 16.000 and 20.000 pax? I had a forecast of 1.510.000 pax before there was a strike. So it could be when I saw the Macquarie figur...

And there is absolutely no other flight BMED could fly which would yield some traffic and extra revenue???

Certainly they could fly around some british tourist to France or so ... Maybe it wouldn't be the biggest moneymaker ... but it would be better than flying empty.
