Rudder deflection on an Airbus is proportionnal to the A/C speed

Low speed - High deflection

High speed-CRZ speed - low deflection

this being done through the RTLU (Rudder Travel Limiter Unit)

Therefore for a same pedal input, at 180 knots or at 300 knots, the rudder motion will be different.

Are they going to replace only the Avro/Bae or do they plan to replace the Boeing/Airbus fleet as well???

Will it be just one type to replace the 3 different fleet(Avro/Boeing/Airbus)??? or will it be a mix of Regional Jet and Single Aisle A/C's???

Does anyone know??

Thanks...
