Congrats to Boeing for such a successful aircraft program. Also to Southwest. It is a shame that they did not came with a special livery like the ones they have on other planes to conmemorate the event.

Since last February, the EU has required airlines to pay 600 euros (£420) in compensation to each passenger, as well as a full refund for cancelling a long-haul flight. For short flights, the compensation is 250 euros. Are this judges trying to make airlines go broke? :? I agree with Knight, that w...

Only reason why AA bought the MD-80......they got 3 MD-80's for the price of one 737 in the 1980's. 8O It's that true Knight???? Sounds like a hell of a deal...you can't refuse that! Anyway, its sad to se the maddogs fade away. Hope to see the ones in Aeromexico fly for a long time, although they a...

Hi n55, so, how much will it be in total? Is it in total comparable to the amount we pay in Mex? Just to get the figure. :| Thanks.

:| mmm......I think I'll wait to believe it when I see it in Boeing's website. Anyhow, the 787 would look wonderful in Aeroflot's livery. :)

On the other hand, it is going to be sad to see the TU-154 leave the fleet.

That tax will "price out" only the less affluent passengers I belive that is true, even though the tax is not that high (in Mexico for a one hour flight from MEX to MTY you pay $100 USD in taxes), but in the end it is still the goverment taking your money and that is never good for busine...
