Re: Bombardier CSeries news
If you read the news, there at least one thing said, aircraft performance are as good as published :P If you don't mind a little extra weight  The rest is geopolitic, financing and timing. Nothing to do with the aircraft. Did Bombardier already published intentions for Le Bourget ? Can we expect...

Re: Tintin Logo Jet Brussels Airlines (Kuifje)
I would really take these schedule with a lot of care. Aircraft can be swapped at very short notice everyday. Sometimes it happen after the crew as already sign in. They are many reasons for that, delays, technical problem, passanger load etc etc etc. Thinking you can book a flight to be on a partic...

Imho its not paint. Its a protective sheet. If you look closely on the video and on some picture, on the inboard side you can see it peeling off.

Re: Wathelet dispersion plan for Brussels Airport
For Passenger the french version was in the week-end edition of Le Soir on page 4. Clearly just another Nimby. For info he lives in Sterrebeek. None of those plans where good for aviation. And the Schouppe one was not better. Politicians should accept that everybody in the bussines is REALLY doing i...

Re: Elections 2014: Wathelet wants less flights at BRU
Apparently the court is not clear enough or some want to read "no left turn at all". Not just a stepback. This could be a real nightmare.

Re: Inauguration of Jetairport at Brussels Airport
I want one of those office with a view inside the hangar. More seriously its an impressive design, and having trully every employee under the same roof is unique. They will save so much wasted time just going round the airport. About the Diabolo its perfect for most pax but for workers it start to l...

Re: Air France asked passengers to pay for fuel
The captain did not get the authorisation from air traffic control for a direct flight path to Amman. With the remaining fuel, the only airport in reach was Damascus. But was Amman such a good idea. Politically its flying in the eye of the storm. The Golan. Left Syria, Right Israel. With lots of le...

Re: Korongo Airlines
Can somebody confirm that OO-LTM is actually AOG ? The rumors are telling me the aircraft fall off is jacks in a maintenance hangar ? Repair time is said to be around 2 months.
Apparently 737 crews are not leaving.
Anybody on this ?
Are they going to send second Bae146 in a hurry ?
Regards
