Free tickets Privilege (SNBA) on Virgin

Hi all, Just saw on the SNBA website that from April onwards Privilege members can use their miles on VEX flights. This is what I found: Explore sunny destinations with Virgin Express Virgin Express flies from Brussels to some of Europe’s most attractive and exciting cities. That’s why it’s great ne...

I would also just keep SN Brussels Airlines ... It should be perfectly possible to keep for several years the two brands. First streamline the two networks and extend it since the 'double' routes will be shrinking ... I think you can already see the policy right now. More destinations than ever befo...

Good results ... Again less spectacular number of pax (+4500 or so), but taking into acount that there was one day less, this is not bad.

Seems that they did not use all their planes in February neither. Did they put aside some of their avro's?

@ DannyVDB: note that I changed my message afterwards with: Note that each manager will be paid by his/her performance and not more than 2 weeks pay. OK I understand ... The only thing I wanted to say is that to give someone 100 EUR net you need 270 EUR and to give someone 100 EUR gross bonus you n...

That is the figure that remains after the company already divided a million euro profit under the almost 2200 employees. Each staff member receives 150 euro and a tax-free gift cheque of 35 euro 150+35=185 185x2200=407.000€ So, where is the million :? ? Seb. You should calculate like this: 2000 X 1...

I used KQ a lot for the Nairobi-Bujumbura route: excellent service, although I once had to take my luggage from the cargo deck myself (but I liked it since I got the chance to have glimpse of the inside of the plane - B737) ... :D Nairobi is a 'big' airport for African standards and not so bad at al...

One of the reasons that the (almost full) SN flights were losing money was the very high leasing costs of the MD11's of Citybird which were used at that time ... And by not attracting enough business pax (contrary to e.g. BA) ...

Something on the business class occupancy of SNBA In February I went to Rome on a SNBA flight. On the BRU-FCO track I was in business with 4 other people (5/25 seats business). When coming back we were 18/25 in business. So I think on some routes there is good C-class coverage ... One of the reasons...

One remark on the higher LF:

They offered a lower number of seats (did they not refurbish some of their AVRO's and A333 as well?)
Number of pax remained the same !

In addition,

Hellas Jet was very good. I travelled with them 3 times last year. Twice in business and once in Economy. Good service (business seat configuration 2x2 on a A320, excellent food and personal audio-music). Also economy very good, with good food, ... And very 'cheap' prices ...

With Privilege of SNBA you can only check on their website for the last year, it won't make a sum.
