00-LTM declares emergency at EBBR

LTM declared an emergency and landed on 25L at EBBR around 18:45LT today. Landed apparently normally and parked on 313. Anyone more info on this? Tech or Pax related? Whatever it was, the fire brigade was present in full force. Must be a reassuring feeling for those in the heat of it. Good work guys...

Time for Brussels Airlines to send his antic BAe 146s to Africa ? For as long as Africa is on the same planet as we are, I don't see how it could solve the GLOBAL problem. Btw, how many of Brussels Airlines BAe's have been produced before 1990? I thought -DJE/F/J/H were the oldest in the fleet and ...

Is it me or what? Though night VFR was not allowed in Belgium. EBKT is normally SR-SS. Open anytime but PPR against some extra fee... EBOS landing fee is 3.00 EUR/ton 0600 to 2059 and 5.00 EUR/Ton 2100 to 0559. Cheers. Fly EBKT and enjoy the new complete airfield lighting, including APP(QFU24), RTIL...

Funny but I never paid attention to this. Thanks for bringing this up Nick. I'd say that in "low cost" we have a noun and its adjective hence no dash (or better : "hyphen"). Here in defining the type of airline the noun is "airline" and the adjective is "low...

Will the plane fly mostly at a lower height above sea level? What does that do for passengers as opposed to the aircraft as a whole? Yours, It has to do with the difference between outside and inside pressure. Outside is pretty low at high altitude and pressurizing the cabin at a "normal"...

Hi, Been playing "Road Runner" a lot lately and just read about SN(?) mishap in DKR. I learned a lot about how to run 24/7 PR ops, hotel opening hours in Dakar and 777-deprived Japanese would-be tourists, but does anyone know of a web site I can find some information about what happened? I...

Brussels Airlines flies its A330-300 to Rome FCO on 26 April . SN 3175 BRUFCO ---> see http://www.amadeus.net/home/index.htm that's odd, why would they do that? Maybe crew training ? Funny. Amadeus shows AZ7055 in Code Share but ... it leaves BRU 10 minutes earlier and with 733 ! Same on return, Am...
