Re: Terrorist attack, explosions in the departure hall of Brussels Airport!

Maybe a more informative question, but how long did it take Rome Fiumicino to pick up a sort of normal operation after it's fire?
It's comparing apples with pineapples I know, but still, the basic problem is sort of the same: part of the building inoperative.

Re: Brussels airlines future and financial perspective

IMO as it seems to become reality, a full take-over of SN could be called a success for the staff and the Belgian nation if several or all of the following elements are met: 1. SN is kept as a separate brand within the LH group, sharing ranks with LH, LX and OS 2. A capital investment of min. 250 m...

ANR 16/03/2016

Just saw a JAF ERJ-190 do a go-around (I work on the top floor of a building near Antwerpen-Berchem, underneath the flight-/landing path) It seems to have been OO-JVA, performing flight TB3536 BCN-ANR. When he came in the 2nd time, I noticed that he seemed to be fighting the wind, with lots of rudde...

On March 9th the interim report was released. http://avherald.com/h?article=4920a18a&opt=0 It seems the AP disconnected automatically. Probably due to erronous data input. Most important part of the report: The SHK reported: "The validation of the parameters showed that four of the paramete...

what are the MTOW of SN A332's & A333's?

Would it be a good idea that SN sends a daily A330F to AFI with the cargo overload of their AFI flights?

Re: Interview of CEO Gustin: Brussels Airlines renamed Eurowings? ...and other topics

Would it be possible that 2 different products are sold on the same flight? I mean that you have a Eurowings part, the back of the plane, for the now "Check & Go" and "Light & Relax" part. On the other hand you have the SN(/OS/LH/...) part, being the "Flex & Fast...

Last night, a West Air Sweden Canadair CRJ-200 with only postal cargo has crashed during a flight from Oslo to Tromso (Norway). Two crew on board. Military jets have already discovered the wreckage. First reports are it was a "heavy crash". Video's and photo's: http://www.svt.se/nyheter/r...
