Sometimes one guy had to lift his arm to touch a suitcase . Pretty intensive work. When the A320 of BA was unloaded - it took them at least 5 minute...

First of all: the new covers are far from cheap and feel really comfortable. Second: leather is killing animals, I'd wish no leather would be used anymore for anything. Or would you like to sit on a dead man's skin maybe? Third: Textile covers are (in my opinion) not so comfortable and espeially dif...

(I live in Brussels so I assume my taxes don't subisdize Ryanair's operations out of CRL). And pigs can fly... :D The whole region (including CRL offcourse is financed with Flemish and Brussels money. But this statement will probably lead to a off-topic remark... :!: But indeed, if you want to pene...

Just speaking out of experience. No anti-Americanism here, just plain reality. The phrase 'but I'm American' is n...

3 rd fact: an elderly belgian couple asked for a wheel chair at BRU today but didn't get the assistance . But the 2 elderly AA passengers got a wheel chair service because it was arranged from advance (explanation by staff) This is rather normal. No reservation = no service these days. But your gen...

Again, don't expect too much from the interior as the old Air Madrid interior is still in place untill the refurbishment after the summer. The schedule as I believe it to be: Interior refurbishment of OO-SFW and then repainting in BruAir colors (and C-check?) of OO-SFN, OO-SFM and OO-SFO. When one o...

Re: b.flex @ BRU, how does it work?
There really is a separate Q at the gate...eurofighter wrote: 2) there seems to be priority boarding but that never worked out fine the times that I boarded in b-flex. Usually everyone boards at the same time. They should have two separate Q-s. One for b-flex and one for light.
