An easy upgrade similar to Easyjet's 156-seat A319s. Another good idea from Airbus.
It would still be an A321 because the airframe is the same, just the seating has changed.

Re: SWISS considers splitting long-haul and short-haul busin
Many airlines in Europe are looking at this model. Its a way to compete. Break even with quasi-independent low cost short haul ,feeding profitable long haul. Some people will pay for first class but the growth is in LCCs. Long haul LCC into Europe has had little success so far but several carriers a...

Re: Ryanair launches multimillion lawsuit against ExxonMobil
More wisdom from MOL Outspoken Ryanair chief executive Michael O'Leary has offered a scathing verdict on Boeing's 737 Max, describing the re-engined narrowbody as a "dog's dinner of a design" that had been drawn "on the back of a fag packet as a response to the [Airbus] Neo". htt...

Mr Spinetta returns, Mr Berlusconi leaves and suddenly it looks like 2008/9 again when AF wanted to take over AZ; only this time AZ is a much healthier airline.

Re: Lufthansa plans to sell BMI
If LH are selling BD to buy TAP what else could they do? Invest in other airlines? A share of Aer Lingus? They could make an alternative transatlantic alliance with JetBlue, 19% owned by LH. Sell JetBlue and focus on Europe? Expand SN transatlatlantic? BRU will soon be the westernmost hub for LH. :t...

Ryanair usually depart from a cattle shed on the edge of the terminal and use busses to get pax to the plane. (I cant remember what happens at CRL and MAD). Ride on the bus next to the door and sprint to the rear door of the plane. Try to get in front of slow older pax and those with children. Shout...
