Re: Boeing 737 (MAX) news
Vueling may move away from an all-Airbus fleet and migrate to the B737 MAX, according to Willie Walsh, CEO of parent IAG. Did Walsh lose some bolts and become nuts? How will his customers react? They're probably cheap to buy now, and will be delivered long after the MAX has proved itself safe :geek:

Re: BRU Summer 2020: news, new routes, airlines
The Delta Boeing 767-300ER's have a lovely emergency exit row in Comfort+ section. The Delta Airbus A330-200's do not, but have a warm floor at the Economy (Main Cabin) emergency row, which is great since emergency exit rows can get cold. All that said, the A330-200's are being retrofitted with a ne...

Amazing how Alitalia can still survive, whereas Jet Airways has a couple of bad years and is suddenly in deep sh*t.

Re: DELTA B767-400ER flight report ATL-DUS
Very interesting read! :geek: From October to March Delta also operated the 767-400 on BRU-ATL, but last week they changed back to the 767-300. Unlike you, I like my aircraft modern, so am very happy to see the 767-300's back. Delta also have some older 757's flying to Latin America if that tickles ...

Interestingly BRU-YYZ-YYT is exactly double the distance of BRU-YYT. Not the most efficient routing but I'm sure you don't mind.

Re: KLM to end flights between Amsterdam and Brussels?
As a loyal Skyteam flyer, this will sometimes cause me to fly longer distances (if it happens).
For example, instead of flying BOS-AMS-BRU, I would now fly BOS-JFK-BRU
Similarly, I would likely replace LAX-AMS-BRU by LAX-FCO-BRU

Funnily, the Boeing 747-400 COMBI is my least favourite KLM aircraft, and the Boeing 767-400 is my least favourite Delta aircraft. But of course I am happy that you enjoyed the experience.

Re: Ryanair in 2018
Why didn't the crew just leave the airport? If someone is trying to prevent them to leave, they call the police and say they are being held hostage, against their will, kidnapped. Find hotel on phone, go to hotel, pay transport and hotel, claim back from Ryanair later. That's what Ryanair passengers...
