There are enough fields for flight schools better geographically located and above all less expensive to operate... You also need a certain infrastructure to train, so ANR certainly has reason to exist. You can train in Charleroi with the same infrastructure there is no reason for Antwerp to exist,...

How about flight schools? ANR is important for that.
You don't have to look only at the subsidies ANR gets, but the amount of jobs it creates & what the return in "investment" is.
