Re: Air Belgium in 2023
I hope LH let SN the opportunity to use one of the remaining pax planes from KF for the time one of their own got stuck. If the LH group is not helping why not HiFly of KF? I reckon they try to place the aircraft like what Airhub did with Corendon. ACMI doesn't mean the aircraft remains idle all th...

Re: Air Belgium in 2023
This is sad news for both Air Belgium and the Belgian aviation in a whole. I guess the lack of feeder flights from Europe wasnt good for them either. Sad to see them go. They're not gone, they just decided to do the smartest thing and that's to focus on 2 lines of business instead of trying to do e...

Re: Air Belgium in 2023
Another thing they should look into is operating the long haul flight on behalve of TUI. But there seems to be no relationship between both airlines. Why would TUI cut a deal with Air Belgium? If they really need the seats they can always fly the route themselves or put the pax on their flights ex ...

Re: KLM and/or AMS Amsterdam Schiphol Airport - Latest news 2020
KLM opens a route to Zanzibar. Competition with Lufthansa Isn't it more in competition with TUI (which flies the same route once weekly)? I reckon they aim at the leisure passenger. Moreover, it will be intersting to see if Zanzibar remains in the schedule post-COVID-19 as airlines (this applies to...
