Apparently, according to TUI Belgium's website, they are in fact going to fly between Brussels and Miami next year. The flight operates Tuesdays and Saturdays. Not sure when these flights take effect, but they appear to be for sale already on the tui.be website beginning April 2020.

With the discontinuation of TUI Airlines Belgium's service to Miami, no carrier exists to serve this route, which unfortunately means that BRU is one of the very few large European markets to not serve MIA.
