Re: Swissport industrial action at Brussels Airport

@AirOpinion it was a chef d'equipe and choked the plane on our left, you think he doesn't know how to choke a plane on our right side? I can understand everyone is paid to do their job and this can include types of jobs you don't usually do. But there is a difference between being flexible and bein...

Re: Swissport industrial action at Brussels Airport

Workload is not only weight... One reason for the strike is that swissport wants to implement split shifts for the loaders, 10 hour shifts, 3 hour shifts, ... I can understand that for these people flexibility has its boundaries. At the same time they notice that with this flexibility they don't eve...

Re: JetairFly in 2013

We're making a mistake in this debate... JAFs passengers are not the EK nor EY passengers! They are the ones who don't really mind to sit 10h in a plane as long as they have their wonderful holiday in the UAE. (Most of) These people do not know anything about aviation or the luxury on board the bigg...

I don't really get the idea of a technical stop at PFO... operational wise that is a place you'll want to avoid.

Re: 2 additional frequencies to D.R.C. for Brussels Airlines

What would cheap travelling Africans contribute to our society?
In this case I would rather have one airline transporting pax in a very controlled environment than a free market where the only concerns is the ticket price.

They wanted to concentrate on running intercontinental flights, but I bet quite a few passengers on those flights would not be travelling owing to the fact that their connecting flight into Munich or Frankfurt has been cancelled! that is true... however in the outstations there are thousands of pas...

Re: Armed robbery at Brussels Airport

This is no suprise to me... The security checks for cars are a joke in BRU! I doubt they even check the nummerplate of your car? If it wears the airside sticker and you have a valid driver license you are ready to go! With all respect, but if I were a gangster I wouldn't really care about the securi...

Young boy takes flight from BRU to Malaga without any papers

You can't blame them! Compared to Flightcare's service, Aviapartner is a much better partner. But will Aviapartner be able to cope with the increase of flights. In the morning, on a freezing day, de-cing delays run up already... and as usual, you get what you pay for. Anyway that doesn't take away t...
