Maybe the Neos plane was returned as well due to the fact that they discontinued the Florida/USA operations?The Neos plane went back to Italy apparently...

How was the service on board with these two airlines (Jetairfly - Thomas Cook)

At least you can give them some credit for flying their own long-haul flights out of Belgium. But with only one airplane (no recent one), you know there are going to be problems.
