@ comet Your points are absolutely correct + the fact that mil a/c are often flying in formation and collide with each other. mil flying is dangerous - thats why they fit "bang seats") I do think that the F-16 has a pretty good record compared with earlier fighter types, particularly the S...

Again I would dispute that claim too - Ryanair must be up their with Easyjet and, they fly to more airports in NL than EasyJet

@Comet

So you think 1 beer is full service? And Ryanair cabin crew do smile.

I think that Andre got a particularly bad deal, no room, no food and empty pockets (I hope the company was paying)

Interesting site but a little lacking in some areas, but a good effort. EasyJet is the most famous carrier in Europe I'll bet that there are a few other airlines who might have something to say about that quote(not the least KLM). The section on ATC leaves a lot unexplained and is not particularly a...

The first and probably the best meal I had in Paris was on my first visit way back when. We arrived by car at Etoile?Arc de Triomphe miraculously finding our way to Tour D'Eiffel, whereupon we parked (abandoned the car to view the spectacle. By the road was a HotDog stall which sold the most mouthwa...

The poppy theme has been used by BA for many years and usually is painted on a B757. Comet

I am very surprised that you didnot book your holiday with VLM from Manchester via LCY to either ANR or BRU, as VLM have increased their services recently and you would have got 2 landings and 2 take-offs at LCY.

Perhaps a weekend trip before September to keep you Belgianised?
