Not all. Check out the link in TWA's post, plus the recent tour by the Olympic flame 747 was in a special colours aircraft. If there is a long-term lease then colours are often painted on aircraft, albeit not always the full scheme. If the aircraft are used as reserve or only on short-term lease the...

Captain,

I think the point is not that there are 3 aircraft but the direction in which they appear to be travelling, bearing in mind they are all approaching the same runway.

Very alliterative title to this thread, C-117. With all freedoms being eroded this particular one is no more problem - virtually everything we do is monitored and recorded in some way - even my supermarket keeps a record of my buying habits. Just today a colleague was contacted by his credit card co...

No mention of the Embraer fleet for Belgium.

An epic work otherwise - makes me want to subscribe to Scramble - all I need is the cash.

I would say that all passengers on short haul flights want much the same - on-time dep & arr, safe aircraft, good timings and reasonable prices. Aircraft types and seating configurations are almost irrelevant. Could most passengers tell you whether the "plane" was a Boeing or an Airbus...

It really does make a mockery of all the fare structures when you have to buy double what you need and throw away half. All transportation suffers from this pricing structure confusion - look at rail & ferry tickets to see that airlines are not alone in appearing to confuse the consumer. I am no...

The biggest problem at ANR from 17th June will be actually getting to the airport once the roadworks on the "Ring" begin. It appears to me that the expectation is for the whole of Antwerp to come to a grinding halt, as no exits off the motorway (direction NL) and all traffic using the Sing...

BRU- LHR = 40 minutes flying - does it really matter what you get as you are hardly in the aircraft.

I can't find the link but didn't Meerkat fly bmi recently to LHR?

Just post your logs - the format is irrelevant. If someone needs to know something specific they will ask. Make sure your title conforms to Bart's request. If you make too many rules people just won't bother at all and then we all lose out. I rarely note times and note things as I see 'em landing, t...

Apart from the Nippon Cargo and the Virgin lump all the others have been in Brussels in the last year. AMS is great but BRU gets a lot of good traffic - don't be too quick to put Belgium down.
