Passenger, After 2 years of operations, they are still around and utilize their A/C's at max capacity. They have new projects in the tube and their ACMI business is working very well. To get ownership, A/C's need to go through customs process in some countries, and that needs to be achieved with the A/C physically at the entrance port (airport), where custom are approved for such process.

Meaning A/C utilisation would be around 3.5/4....not bad...

Increasing capacity by increasing exit door (size?) in case of evacuation, but not only.... I guess they will redesign monument location in the cabin, retrieve some space from lavatories/galley, crew rest compt, push sidewalls closer to fuselage skin, move aft pressure bulkhead backwards one or two ...
