It looks like Virgin Express is much less prepared to that kind of operation than Ryanair or Vueling or EasyJet...

10/10/2006 - Indefinite delay for Ryanair's Dublin-Cardiff
Over the years Irish budget carrier has accustomed its passengers to "delayed" and "cancelled" flights. Today I noticed a new member of the class on the carrier's web-site: "indefinite delay". 1010 FR 882 Dublin - Cardiff DELAY Indefinite delay due to technical reasons....

OO-TCL is indeed not the best aircraft in TCAB's fleet. Though all their aircrafts are 'older' if I'm not mistaken (older = over 8 years, correct me if I'm wrong). I flew TCL also, in July 2005, and agree with your comments. Chairs going who recline when not asking for it, tables not working, noisy...

We can not compare Sobelair with TNT Airways. The main goal of TNT is transport cargo. Using our planes for pax during daytime is a good alternative and if this will cause a big profit of 1 million euro for our company I would say, good job TNT Airways. PS: I have to say also that using TNT Airways...

30/12/2005 : FR (Ryanair) diverting to Brussels-Zaventem?
When its Brussels-South (aka Charleroi) base is closed due to adverse weather conditions (read fog, snow, etc.) Irish budget carrier operator usually diverts to Liege Airport, Oostende or Paris-BVA (aka Beauvais). In other words Ryanair is keen to avoid "mainstream" (read expensive) airpor...
