In view of a percentage of staff on strike, subject to the Diard law and expected to work on 30 March 2018, estimated at -

31.6% of pilots;
28.3% of cabin crew;
20.4% of ground staff.

On Tuesday 3 April 2018, Air France plans to operate 75 % of its flights -
- 70 % of its long-haul flights;
- 67 % of its medium-haul flights on departure to and from Paris-Charles de Gaulle;
- 85 % of its short-haul flights, Paris-Orly and French provinces.

In view of a percentage of staff on strike, subject to the Diard law and expected to work on 3 April 2018, estimated at –
- 32.8 % of pilots;
- 20.5 % of cabin crew;
- 14.5 % of ground staff.

About your figures of cancelled flights, Air France never said 40%, but 30% in total (40% applies only to long-haul flights, for which the availability of pilots is more problematic due to rest periods, nights abroad, etc.).

Furthermore, after 7 days of strikes, the available pilots are reaching their limits.
