Yves Panneels told me once that with the addition of the BHX flights and the charter flight schedule, all 6 F-50s would be fully utilised and it was not possible to add any more destinations.
As far as I can see, only 4 VLM F50's are active.(OO-VLI,VLN,VLQ,VLS)
OO-VLZ :(the youngest)still without engines? When will that be active again?
OO-VLO : Will that one ever be reactivated?
So,indeed no room for ANR-MAN-OST-MAN-ANR at this moment,it seems.

We'll see whether the MAN flights ever materialize, but in the mean time all I can say is that this - taken from the MAN airport site - wouldn't be such a bad schedule. Seeing how it combines early morning and evening flight to ANR (mostly business travelers) with leisure flights to OST (Bruges really) around noon. Great way to make maximum use of an airplane:
Code: Select all
MON to FRI
-------------
ANR 07:30 - 08:25 MAN 09:05 - 11:50 OST 12:10 - 13:00 MAN 13:30 - 16:15 ANR 16:55 - 17:50 MAN 18:25 - 21:10 ANR
SAT
---
ANR 07:30 - 08:25 MAN 09:05 - 11:50 OST 12:10 - 13:00 MAN 13:30 - 16:15 ANR
Would be a nice schedule indeed.maybe a bit tight . Also Sunday evening flight could be added later on.
IMHO Ostend as a destination would for sure not only be 'leisure' , but also 'business' . Catching area for OST-MAN being beyond Gent,Kortrijk,Terneuzen,Dunkirk,Calais,Terneuzen?...I guess a lot of businesses in that area could have connections with firms in the MAN area.
