About 1 month ago, my wife and I flew from Orly (a nightmare to join from Liège...) on Air Caraïbe in Premium Economy (Caraibe class) to Martinique. Smooth check-in, 'One' fastlane (mostly useless at the point in time), comfortable seats (width and some recline) but when the passenger in front reclines his/her seat there is not a lot of space left
The starter was a tasty salmon tartare and nice wine:, main dish was also nice BTW, but the biggest surprise came with the coffee: a Belgian sweet:
And of course, a 'vieux rhum' and a snack before landing.
Most of the crew was friendly and smiling. Individual Entertainment System was also good.
PS: do not ask me why picture are rotated ....

Interesting, especially the Meli sweet.
When you click on the picture, it appears correctly! At least on my phone.
Which aircraft did you fly? A350? If so, glad you didn't fly their cramped economy (10-across).
