Anybody any idea what happens with the luxurious and recent business-class interiors of SFO and Co ?

Does anybody have a clue when SFD will enter service? It has been in DRS for quite a while now...

Indeed. It should re-enter active service in April, when all the certifications for the new cabin are received.

OO-SFK (Airbus A330-343, serial 0570, ex LH D-AIKA) is on the Belgian register since today (8/03/2019). Is for the EW-wetlease.

I asked Lufthansa why Brussels Airlines, the long-haul specialist of the Eurowings group, was not on the picture.

Reply: "good morning Mr Orban, the decision regarding which airline will deploy the aircraft at which hub will be made at a later date. This is just a rendering."

Brussels Airlines is not even mentioned by name any longer in the LH group results of 2018. For me it's weird as I still think Brussels Airlines still exists as an airline...

Neither here https://www.aviation24.be/airlines/luft ... h-in-2019/

Brussels Airlines, a.k.a. Eurowings will get a shitload of used A330s it seems. I just hope that LH Group will take this into account when they compare the efficiency and returns of each component in the group. SN/EW may very well use BRU as a hub for long-haul flights but that doesn't seem to be a priority, although that would be a good way to hit at other low cost operators such as Norwegian. Of course it'll also hit at the established less efficient historical network carriers of which LH is an example. A bit of a schizophrenic situation if you ask me, and that doesn't bode too well for the future.

I somehow doubt it. Recently I get lots of advertisement on my screen;

Fly to the US with SQ! Via FRA

It always annoys me.
1) FRA is a horrible place to change planes (only do it when other options are too difficult)
2) The flights are not with SQ but with LH
3) Not even the shortest route

So I feel quite a strong push to get sent all the time through FRA, and I really resist it / don't like it.

Later this year I need to get to Seoul, and for sure I won't fly LH. I'll pick SK or smth, it's more comfortable and they're not doing their very best to limit my options.
