10 years after my first flight on a Dr221, here's now a video of my first flight on a Beech 1900D as my first commercial pilot job !

And what is the meaning of the TCASFAIL seen at the beginning of the video: does it mean that the TCAS is inops?

Nope, somes TCAS appears as FAIL when they are on the STDBY position.
