I see many times that belgian charters operates
flights for example Brussels-Luxor-Hurghada-Brussels.
Is it with the same cockpit/cabin crew because they
often take off around 06.00 and returns at 19.00. Do
they have special rest areas in FQ airbus 320 or JAF
boeing 737 for the cockpit/cabin crew ? Thanks for
the information.

Not correct.Outsync wrote:Same crew all the way.
On these sectors there is an augmented (cockpit)crew or even additional deadheading crew. If memory serves well, cabin crew duty times are longer than tech crew duty times. Maybe Bart can enlighten us on this one.
Correct, but last row in the cabin is not for pax use. These seats are for crew-rest.Andries wrote:No rest areas in the FQ 320's or JAF737's.

Re: Belgian charterflights
I can tell you on JAF there are no crew rest seats. config is 2 + 4. 3 + 4 if it's a nightflight.
Crew rest rules have changed recently also.

Re: Belgian charterflights
I think these flights are really long for the crew and
maybe boring? (especially for cabin crew if they only
have the galley to rest at their seats)
