I don't know the purpose of this visit, but the fact is, that these two planes arrived one afer another. I suppose there was some event. I don's see many Swedish biz-props/jets, but every day we have couple smaller machines and there are some of Swedish registration too. Perhaps US and German are more common.

I don't know what you mean by "(economical) vacuum the Russians left behind"? You mean communist era? We always felt that cooperation with former SU was aimed to fill their vacuum not ours

And of course, now Poland is a country in which other, mostly EU countries eagerly invest.
