Re: The one and only topic on which runway in use @EBBR
Seems logical: long-haul and probably some heavy cargo on board, guess we'll see more of this during the works on 25R/07L.

Re: BRU Winter 2020-2021: news, new routes, airlines

You rock, 737MAX! At least gives me some more insight. And used to fly the 738 as well back in the days in FS2004, lovely machine!

Re: APU avail inflight?
Thx 737MAX. I know it can be used technically but why should you do that? Bleed air is provided by the engines, no?

APU avail inflight?
Hi all While watching , I saw on the ECAM "APU avail" during approach. Could someone please explain which technical reason there might be behind this? Curious to see as I thought this was never (well, never) done inflight? Thank...

Re: Brussels Airlines in 2020
Pretty sure that quite some Thomas Cook destinations and secondary cities are in the 22 destinations to be reduced. This news is no surprise at all to me but thoughts are with the employees who are giving everything they can day and night. Maybe I should become more local minded myself as well and a...

Don't have a lot of details but some days ago it was mentioned that LGG has been choosen to function as big cargo hub. Don't remember exactly if it was choosen by a government or by a private company.

Re: BRU 28/02/2020
Why would an Aer Lingus A330 delivery flight from Toulouse stop in Brussels? For the same reason that EI-EIM passed through BRU previously? Technical modifications by LH Technik? Indeed, their previous 330 did the same run. At this moment OO-SNB (SN A320) is flying BRU-GNB as BEL1165. Returning fro...
