Then what would happen IF Emirates went down the pan? Both Sri Lankan and SNBA would go with them. That is the point I am putting across. (Though it does make a nice change for someone to acknowledge my views on aviation matters!) What if AA, BA, JL, LH, AF, QF ...etc gone down. If companies work t...

My choice from this selection is CO B772-ER last year EWR-HKG. The seats were very comfortable, The a/c was very stable and handled turbulence beautifully, PTV was OK and I deplaned in a good shape after 16 hours non-stop flight.

Hi Boeing767copilot. De tijd says CLEARLY that Etihad is gooing to fly Toronto via BRU! Regards Pat It would make sense for Etihad to have AUH-BRU-YYZ, since they can cater to the large number of immigrants from the Indian subcontinent. They represent 50% of Aeroflot's YYZ-SVO PAX, a good percentag...

Does anyone know if BRU is a go for ET?
Does ET want 7E7s in order to be able to fly non-stop from ADD to North America with the same capacity as the 763?

A question for the members from Belgium, are Belgian labor laws "flexible" enough to propel high rates of growth?

I've heard that in North Korea not only photographing is illegal, but also from the moment of take-off/approach in the departure/arrival city in North Korea, the windows are shut.

Excellent in-depth analysis Ruscoe. I may add that A319 will be hit hard & B717 will be dead when the new Bombardier jet under development comes out. It is specifically being built for many daily take-off/landings, will use composite materials, will have 2 variants of 110 & 135 PAX and will ...

BRU-based World class airline

What would it take to make a BRU- based world class airline, I mean something like the KL, EK, CX, or SQ?
That company should also be making money, unlike the old Sabena which very rarely made profit.

Why would one buy A345 or A343 when they can buy A350? A350 will be cheaper as initial investment, will have 2 engines instead of 4 taking into consideration the ETOPS for the new engines will be enormous, the range will be more than A343 and close enough to the A345, and will save lots on fuel and ...

I'm surprised that ET will be doing BRU-YUL and not BRU-YYZ since most of the 'expected' PAX --mainly expatriate Ethiopians, Eritreans & East Africans-- live in/around YYZ. Expatriate Africans who live in/around YUL are mainly from west Africa, not likely to be using the service. It could also b...
