Re: Strobe lights required to work?
No, these strobe lights are not required to go... Even not required to be fitted on any aircraft... For example, OO-VBR doesn't have any strobes... BUT these strobes can be used (and must be in that case) when one or two red beacons are missing for whatever reason. For example again, OO-VBR must hav...

Re: The future of Brussels Airlines with Lufthansa
Thanks for your fare reply, Tolipanebas. Believe me, I'm not pro Boeing or pro-this, pro-that... Even I'm not telling the 737 is the best of the best (and definitely not the ex VEX one!). As a crew, we perfectly know that these "old" 737 doesn't match the actual B.Air standard. Although we...

Re: The future of Brussels Airlines with Lufthansa
There's passenger point of view, and a pure aircraft performance point of view. Seats config and/or galley config are not fixed for a given aircraft... You can have 737's with luxurious cabin, as well as the opposite... The question is: now and for the future, what is the best option? No one can ans...

Re: The future of Brussels Airlines with Lufthansa
Don't blame the airline of today, blame the VEX idiots who ran it a few years ago.... Would you please be kind enough to explain this kind of sad words? "VEX idiots" is a recurrent music on your posts. Speaking about the 737, please before writting stupidities, think twice. The 737 are in...

Re: Welcome b.business europe!
The main problem with the 737's? They are too old and in a "charter" config, far away from a business class seat standard... Old armrest, old floor carpet, cheap coating...

Re: Avro replacement
I would not say the A319 is better than the B737NG... Even more, The Baby Boeing has better performances than the older Airbus... Beside performances, You also have the operating cost, which change from one contract to another, depending on the trade between the airline and the manufacturer. Crew qu...

Re: SN's latest B737
Hello!
The OO-VET is indeed the last entry in the 737 fleet, and has a "modern" cabin lay out (larger seats, tissue...). Also the forward galley is slightly different (additionnal galley between the first row of passenger seats and the forward entry door)...
A good aircraft to fly...
