TUI was awarded eight prizes at the Travel Magazine Travel Awards, the Oscars of the Belgian tourism sector

Friday night, the Belgian tourism sector has awarded its annual Oscars, the Travel Magazine Travel Awards for the 21st year. Tour Operator TUI has been awarded the Best Tour Operator Award for both air and snow vacations. TUI fly is not left out since the airline has received the “Aviation Excellence” award. The largest tourism group in the country and its 2100 employees are very happy with this recognition of professionals. These awards are also a confirmation of TUI’s unwavering commitment to providing quality service and excellent customer service.

The Travel Magazine publication organises an annual survey of Belgian travel agents. On the basis of this questionnaire, TUI received 8 awards during a gala evening on Friday, November 16th.

TUI has received the “Best Tour Operator” awards for air holidays as well as for the ski holidays and the unique award of “Turkey Special Tour Operator 2018” as part of the country’s strong return to the front of the tourist scene.

TUI is delighted to have received the “Sustainable Tourism” award from the TUI Care Foundation.

The airline TUI fly has received the “Aviation Excellence” award.

TUI was also awarded in the “Best Call Center / Reservation Center” category, an important reward for professional service to both the travel agent and the traveller.

RIU Hotels & Resorts – one of TUI Group’s most important hotel brands – is (again!) the “Best Hotel Chain for the Holidays”.

TUI’s Sirius Travel Service has distinguished itself as the “Best Broker” for airline tickets.
