TUI, the country’s largest travel company, is launching its recruitment campaign today for the 2026 summer season. Starting in April, new sales representatives will join TUI teams in the most popular holiday destinations in Europe and beyond. As true brand ambassadors, they will guide travellers throughout their stay, ensuring they can enjoy a carefree, enjoyable, and unforgettable holiday.

On-site, TUI sales representatives play a crucial role: they welcome vacationers, answer their questions, resolve any issues, and ensure that every stay runs smoothly from start to finish.

For the coming season, TUI is looking for around fifty new sales representatives and entertainers to join an international team already active in the travel company’s various destinations. With seasonal contracts tailored to the destination and role, TUI offers the ideal opportunity to combine work with exploration and personal development.

Each season begins with on-site training, where new team members are introduced to digital tools, TUI services, and traveller expectations. New employees receive a salary from the first day of training. TUI also provides them with full support before and during their assignment: accommodation, return flights, a uniform, and work materials.

The TUI representative position is aimed at enthusiastic, sociable individuals who can easily adapt to an international environment. Candidates must hold a European passport, be willing to work abroad for the entire season, and be fluent in English, the main language of the teams. Knowledge of other European languages, including Dutch and/or French, is a plus but not required.

In addition to representatives, TUI is also looking for activity leaders and sports coaches for the activities and entertainment in its hotels. These positions are aimed at dynamic candidates who enjoy working with people and want to gain experience abroad. For anyone dreaming of an international career in tourism, TUI offers much more than a job: it’s an often multicultural and dynamic experience, a springboard to global citizenship for many young people.
