Eurocontrol shared an image on their website, clearly showing delays of over 45 minutes (red) at and above France. The real impact will be much worse with cancellations (already hundreds of flights have been cancelled), passengers with missed connections and delayed flights throughout the day.

LFBB (Bordeaux)
Most sectors are regulated from 0500.
High delays for some sectors.
LFEE (Reims)
Several sectors are regulated due to ATC industrial action.
High delays for East and North sectors.
LFFF (Paris)
Several sectors regulated due to ATC Industrial action.
High delays in the west ACC for UK/UZ/TH/TP/LN.
LFMM (Marseille)
Both East and West airspaces are regulated due to ATC industrial action.
High delays in most sectors.
LFRR (Brest)
Several sectors regulated due to ATC industrial action.
High delays for most sectors.
Tango routes are available for suitably equipped aircraft.
Tango 9 Global and Tango 213 Global are both regulated during the day.
High delays for T9 till 1300 UTC.
UM30 and UZ180 airways are fully available via AUP/UUP during the entire French strike period.
NMOC continuously monitors the network situation and RRPs are sent whenever possible.

Arrivals regulated due to ATC industrial action.
Moderate delays expected during the day.
