The Peruvian Army has selected the Beechcraft King Air 360C to enhance its multi-mission capabilities, particularly for medical evacuations and disaster relief in remote regions.
The aircraft, produced by Textron Aviation, will be equipped with a cargo door and configured for critical care transport, patient transfer, and humanitarian aid operations. It is expected to enter service in 2028.
This acquisition builds on Peru’s existing use of Textron aircraft, including earlier deliveries of King Air 360CHW models to the Air Force. The new agreement also includes training, maintenance support, and the integration of aeromedical equipment to ensure long-term operational readiness.
Known for its reliability and versatility, the King Air family has logged over 66 million flight hours globally. In Peru, it already represents a significant share of the turboprop fleet, underlining its importance in both military and special mission operations.
