Eve Air Mobility has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Future Flight Global for the potential purchase of up to 54 electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft, targeting urban air mobility services in Brazil and the United States.

This deal adds to Eve’s growing backlog of LOIs with global and regional partners and underscores the company’s momentum in the rapidly evolving eVTOL market. The partnership positions Future Flight Global, based in Washington, DC, to expand urban air transport in key regions while leveraging Eve’s eVTOL platform and certification progress.

Megha Bhatia, Chief Commercial Officer of Eve, noted that this collaboration marks a significant advance in UAM for the Americas: “Eve’s proven technology and certification pathway provide a strong foundation for Future Flight Global to scale efficient, sustainable air travel.”

Karan Singh, CEO of Future Flight Global, praised Eve’s aircraft as meeting critical operational criteria, citing Embraer’s legacy as a major strength: “With clear certification plans and scalable production, Eve’s eVTOL is a natural fit for our global electric fleet.”

The agreement supports Eve’s recently released Global Market Outlook, which highlights accelerating demand for urban air mobility driven by urbanisation and traffic congestion. This deal reflects the sector’s projected growth and signals strong interest in deploying eVTOL solutions across multiple mission profiles worldwide.
