Several interesting contracts for Embraer at Farnborough International Airshow

In addition to the United Airlines contract for 25 E175s announced earlier, Embraer inked several interesting deals at Farnborough:
Embraer and Azul (Brazil) announced a LOI for a firm order of 21 E195-E2s. This contract has a value of US$1.4 billion. The order will be added to Embraer’s order book as soon as the firm contract is completed.
Embraer and Mauritania Airlines announced a firm order for two E175s, valued at US$93.8 million, based on current list prices, to be included in Embraer’s 2018 third-quarter backlog. Deliveries will take place in 2019.
Embraer and Republic Airways (US) signed a LOI for a firm order of 100 E175s, with the right to convert to E175-E2s, and purchase rights for an additional 100 E175s. If all purchase rights are exercised, the contract has a value of up to US$9.3 billion based on current list prices.
Embraer signed a firm order for 10 E195-E2s with Wataniya Airways (Kuwait). The contract also includes 10 purchase rights for the same model, bringing the total potential order to up to 20 aircraft. The order has an estimated value of US$1.3 billion, at current list price, with all the purchase rights being confirmed. The deliveries will start in 2020.
Embraer signed a LOI with Helvetic Airways (Switzerland) for 12 E190-E2s and options for a further 12 – either E190-E2 or E195-E2 – with conversion rights to the E195-E2. If all options are taken, the deal has a list price of US$1.5 billion. The first 12 E190-E2 aircraft will begin replacing Helvetic’s five F100s and seven E190s, starting in late 2019 and completing in autumn 2021.
Embraer signed a LOI with Nordic Aviation Capital (Denmark) for three E190s, valued at US$156 million, based on Embraer’s list prices. The order will be included in Embraer’s backlog as soon as it becomes firm.
Embraer signed a LOI with an undisclosed customer from Spain, for up to five E195-E2s – three firm orders and two options. If all options are taken, the deal has a list price of US$342 million.
